    Jay Reddy

    Co-Founder and CEO

    Jay Reddy co-founded VitreosHealth and serves as its CEO since 2009. Prior to Vitreos, Jay was the Chief Marketing Officer at CombineMed, a joint venture with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), helping healthcare organizations drive savings through strategic sourcing technologies.

    Before joining CombineMed, Jay was the CEO of MindFlow Technologies, a firm he founded with the vision of delivering operations productivity improvements for Global 1000 enterprises through optimization-based decision support technologies. Under his leadership, MindFlow was ranked in the visionary quadrant by Gartner and ranked in the Top 100 emerging companies by ComputerWorld, prior to its acquisition in 2006.

    Jay holds an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from IIT, Delhi, and earned his MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

    Kirit Pandit

    President and CTO

    Kirit Pandit co-founded VitreosHealth and is responsible for architecting customer solutions & heads the Predictive Modelling Team. Prior to Vitreos, he was the Vice President and Head of Product Management for the Spend Analysis and Compliance Products for Emptoris (now part of IBM). He is the author of the book "Spend Analysis: The Window into Strategic Sourcing" in which he described techniques used by Fortune 500 companies for optimizing the supply base and improving profitability and performance.

    Prior to Emptoris, Kirit was the founder and CEO of Intigma (acquired by Emptoris in 2005), a spend management technology company that pioneered the use of machine learning for classifying spend transactions. Prior to Intigma, Kirit spent four years with Deloitte Consulting in the Supply Chain Optimization practice. In 2006 and 2008, he was the recipient of the 'Pros to Know' award from Supply and Demand Chain Magazine.

    Kirit holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from IIT, Bombay. He also earned an M.S. in electrical engineering and an M.B.A. from The University of Texas, Austin.

    Ben Wheeler

    Executive Vice President of Customer Success

    Ben serves as our EVP of Customer Success and much like our customers are advocates for the patients they take care of, Ben is a critical member of our executive team and is responsible for advocating for our customers ensuring that we generate maximum value.  He has been in healthcare for over 15 years and has lead sales and customer success teams for revenue cycle and clinical documentation companies.  He has a proven track record of growing customer value and revenue growth through cross-functional teams. Ben earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University and serves as a volunteer with non-profit organizations that focus on serving underprivileged children in North Texas.

    Tim Levey

    CFO

    Mr. Levey serves as the CFO of VitreosHealth. Tim has been CFO, director and advisor of numerous emerging technology, communications and services companies, including iTKO (sold to CA for $330m), True Automation (successful exit to public company), Menara Networks, Common Knowledge, Mindflow, Coreintellect, and others. He has significant experience working with companies in strategic planning, transaction assistance, process improvement, attracting venture capital, and metric analysis and reporting. Tim co-founded ComVest Partners, an institutional technology focused investment bank, and was Sr. sell side analyst of William K. Woodruff and Co. In these roles, Tim was involved in public and private securities offerings, and wrote extensively on technologies, companies, and industries. Tim holds an MBA from UT Arlington, and is a deacon and treasurer for his church.

    Prakash Guggilam

    Vice President of Engineering

    A software leader with 20 years of experience, Prakash leads the global efforts across Engineering and SaaS operations.  Prakash brings extensive experience in designing, developing and delivering software products for enterprise customers, both SaaS and On Premise.  

    Prior to VitreosHealth, Prakash was the Director of Engineering and PMO for TiVo.  Prior to TiVo, he was the Director of Engineering for Contract Management solution at Emptoris, which was acquired by IBM. 

    Prakash lives in Boston and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangalore University.

    Shanthan Ramasahayam

    President of VitreosHealth India

    Shanthan is responsible for all of VitreosHealth’s India Services, Operations and Financials. He brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare driving enterprise-wide initiatives that streamline operations, capture savings, increase capability, improve service quality, and generate profitable revenue growth combined with a unique blend of technological expertise and strong business acumen as a tested leader who has built cross-functional teams.

    Most recently, Shanthan worked with Trizetto, a Cognizant company, as Delivery Director & Client Partner, overseeing established relationships with clients with revenue responsibility and oversight of synergy opportunities with Cognizant. Shanthan holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Osmania University and Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Western Michigan University as well as a Professional, Academy for Healthcare Management (PAHM®) Designation from AHIP.

    Ashu Roy

    Chairman & CEO, eGain

    Ashutosh Roy, eGain’s co-founder, has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of eGain since 1997. From 1995 to 1997, he served as Chairman of WhoWhere? Inc., an Internet-service company he co-founded, which is now part of Lycos, Inc.

    From 1993 to 1995, Ashu co-founded Parsec Technologies, an international call center software company based out of India. From 1988 through 1992, he worked in various software engineering positions at Digital Equipment Corp.

    Ashu holds a BS in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, a Masters degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA from Stanford University.

    Louis is a Principal at Kinderhook. Louis joined Kinderhook in 2004 as an Associate. Prior to joining Kinderhook, Louis spent three years at Merrill Lynch & Co. where he worked in the Energy Group. Louis graduated from Yale University with a BA in Economics.

    Louis serves on the Board of Directors of bd's Mongolian Grill, Specialists Marketing Services and GlobalHealth. He has relevant investment experience in light manufacturing, business services and healthcare services.

    Scott Vaughn

    CEO, GlobalHealth Inc

    Scott is the president and chief executive officer of GlobalHealth, a $250 million health maintenance organization. GlobalHealth provides affordable health care coverage to over 44,000 Oklahomans.

    Before joining GlobalHealth in December 2010, Scott was a partner with a top 10 national CPA and consulting firm for 17 years. During his tenure with the firm, he served as the National Industry Partner providing oversight to the firm’s national health care audit, tax and consulting practice. During early 2010, he chaired a task force which researched the monumental health care reform legislation that was signed into law earlier in the year, analyzing the impact of reform on the firm’s health care clients throughout the U.S.

    Mike Friguletto is President of USAP. He has more than 25 years of diverse management and operational experience including extensive leadership skills at IT enabled healthcare companies in continuous process improvement, project management, change management and people development. Prior to USAP, Mr. Friguletto served as President of Healthtronics IT Solutions, a technology-enabled urology practice management and analytics company, and he spent 24 years at GE where he excelled in a wide range of operational leadership roles, including running multiple large business units in healthcare technology and financial services. Mr. Friguletto earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Siena College and a Master of Information Technology degree from Virginia Tech.

    Karen has 25 years of experience working with physicians, hospitals, physician relations, group practice mergers and acquisitions, leadership, strategic planning, medical group operations, medical home models, ACOs and managed care. Karen was the CEO/CAO of Medical Clinic of North Texas from 1994 to 2012. Under her innovative leadership, MCNT was recognized as the market leader in quality and technology. She built organization from 20 physicians to 140 physicians and 30 mid-level providers. Negotiated and guided organization through merger with USMD, Holdings, & Urology Associates of North Texas.

  • Dr. Eugene Schneller +

    Dr. Eugene Schneller

    Professor at the Arizona State University & Principal at Health Care Sector Advances, Inc.

    Dr. Eugene Schneller, is a professor at the Arizona State University School of Health Management and Policy, the principal at Health Care Sector Advances, Inc., and the Director of the Health Sector Supply Chain Initiative at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Dr. Schneller is a nationally recognized expert in the area of supply chain for the health sector and has conducted research and consulting projects for major group purchasing organizations and integrated delivery networks throughout the United States and in England. His work has been featured in the New York Times and on National Public Radio.

    Dr. Schneller has served on the Strategic Planning Committee for the American College of Health Care Executives, has been a trustee of the Barrow Neurological Foundation, and served two terms on the state Medicaid advisory committee (AHCCCS). Dr. Schneller's recent research focuses on standardization for clinical preference items, policy pertaining to the proliferation of hip and knee implants (Health Affairs 2009), and on the emerging and changing role of hospitalists (Health Care Management Review 2006). His recent paper on orchestration in the hospitalist movement was recognized as "Best Paper" at the 2007 annual meeting of the British Academy of Management. Recently, Dr. Schneller has spoken to delegates at various national conferences on topics including:

  • Steve Dobbs +

    Steve Dobbs

    CEO, Merit Health System

    Mr. Dobbs is the former Chief Executive Officer of Hillcrest Medical Center, a 691-bed tertiary-care hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He held this position for ten years. Under his leadership, HMC established the Oklahoma Heart Institute and the Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center. During his tenure with HMC, the hospital was named as the "Homebase" for emergency medicine residents at the OU School of Community Medicine. More notably, HMC was selected by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service to participate in projects for cardiology and orthopedic services, primarily due to the hospital's outstanding levels of quality of care and patient benefit. Prior to Hillcrest Medical Center, Dobbs was Chief Executive Officer at Tulsa Regional Medical Center, presently, Oklahoma State University Medical Center. He has also served in leadership roles at Florida HCA Healthcare Corp., as well as major hospitals in Kansas and Texas.

    Mr. Dobbs, who is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, participated in the CMS demonstration project for Acute Care Episode bundled payment pilot program. Recognized as a thought leader by his peers, Dobbs has addressed delegates at a number of industry conferences. Most recently, he delivered a presentation on "Bundled Pricing and Legislative Impact" at the HFMA 2010 Lone Star Summer Institute in Dallas, TX, and another on "Testing a Bundled Payment System" at the 2010 World Health Care Quality Congress in Boston, MA. Mr. Dobbs has served on the board of directors of several organizations including the Oklahoma Hospital Association, the Tulsa Hospital Council, and the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce. He served on the board of directors for the American Heart Association, and in 2009, he was the Chairman of their Tulsa Heart Walk. Mr. Dobbs earned a BBA in accounting from Texas Tech University and holds a Masters in Health Services Administration from the University of St. Francis in Joilet, IL, and resides in Tulsa with his wife, Katie, and their two sons, Austin and Clayton.
